01What do I see first?
Whether a server needs you. One finding follows, not a wall of alerts.
02What does Caret do?
Caret investigates, explains the cause, and prepares a fix. It does not run the fix.
03What happens when I approve?
The fix runs. The result stays in the app.
04Who approves a change?
You do, in the app, with a fingerprint or a PIN.
05What if I do not want this fix?
Nothing runs. The finding stays until you choose another change.
06Can I pause changes?
Yes. You can pause changes on a server whenever you want, and turn them back on when you are ready.
07Where does it run?
Android, iPhone, and the web. The finding and the approval are the same on each.
08Who sees the work on a server?
The person who owns that server. The company portal approves people and servers. It is not a second copy of the app.
09How does a server get added?
In under five minutes. A person is approved first, then each server is accepted before it is live.
10How is pricing set?
Vigil is free, and it only monitors. Entire is the product, for a person or a company, and we quote it for the fleet.
